Aaliyah Ashania Mona'e Graham, daughter of Timothy and Veverly Graham was born February 12, 2002 in Meridian, Mississippi. She attended Meridian High School where she excelled in academics. She was a joy to be around. She was a member of the Honor Society and she was chosen by her teachers to attend a trip to Spain in 2018 with her Spanish class. She enjoyed reading, texting, watching wrestling, and spending time with her little sisters. At an early age she professed her faith in Jesus Christ and joined Faith and Deliverance Church where she was a dedicated member. Aaliyah was a positive influence on the people she came in contact during her life. Her loving spirit and outlook on life will be greatly missed. Aaliyah quietly departed this life Sunday, October 09, 2016 at Anderson Hospital in Meridian, Mississippi. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Jessie Jones, her cousin baby Tyler Jayceon Watts, and her uncle Brian Levelle Grant. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her parents: Timothy and Veverly Graham of Meridian, MS., her two sisters Timia Graham and MaHaly Graham; grandmother Diann Ezell of Meridian MS; grandmother and grandfather Earnestine and. Earl Fortune of Forest, MS; grandfather Joseph Winston of Dayton, Ohio; aunts Latoya (Tokasha) Watts of Byram, MS, Rita (Tommy) Creer, Francie (Redell) Nash, and Angela Graham all of Meridian MS; Jana Winston, Jacqulyn Winston, Anaya Winston of Dayton, Ohio; four uncles Joseph Winston, Jr., Mictchik.o Robinson, Caelon Winston, and Jaelon Winston all of Dayton Ohio; a host of devoted cousins other relatives, and friends. She also leaves her dog Fluffy who she loved so much.
