Mr. Early B. Mosley

April 1, 1927 - October 29, 2016

Early B. Mosley 89, of Fort Dodge, Iowa passed away on Saturday October 29, 2016. He was born April 1, 1927, to the late Early and Alice Mosley. Early attended school in Lauderdale County. Early met the love of his life Sephronia Mae Hopson, They were joined in matrimony and started their family. Kathrine (Charles) miller of Meridian, MS; Daniel (Sarah) Mosley of Fort Dodge, IA; Sam Mosley of Las Vegas, NV; JoAnn Mosley of Ames IA; Michael (Linda) Mosley of Fort Dodge, IA Sherry Faye Mosley of Ames; Timothy Mosley of Reno NV; James Mosley of Arthur, IA and a host of grandchildren; great grandchildren; Two sisters, Mattie(Isaiah) Hill of Fort Dodge, IA; Bessie Carr of Minneapolis, MN; Ned Mosley of New York. Early was employed with U.S. Gypsum of Fort Dodge 50 Years. He also was employed with the Kalo Brick in Tile Company of Kalo Iowa for several years prior to USG of Fort Dodge: Early grew in the Daleville area of Lauderdale, MS; He was no stranger to any one he met on the streets always had a positive attitude and a kind word to lend. He loved-his family and friends. Early favorite pass time was fishing and hunting. You could always find him on the Little Dam fishing in Fort Dodge on the Lakes of Minnesota. Early attended the Oak Grove Baptist Church of Daleville, MS; He love to sing and play the guitar. Early was loved and cherished by all who knew him, He never had an unkind word to say about the people he loved. He was known as the peacemaker in the Pleasant Valley neighborhood everyone called him Mr. Early B. and you just couldn't drive through his neighborhood flying through the streets with excessive speed or start fighting in or around his home. Early was proceeded in death by his wife Sephronia Mae Mosley, Daughters Valerie Mosley and Eunice Hopson.
