Mrs. Ollie Mae Hopson Tucker

October 24, 1941 - July 25, 2018

The sun rose for Ollie Mae Hopson Tucker on October 24, 1941 and set on July 25, 2018 when she was called home to be with our Lord. She was born to the late Mr. Ollie Hopson and Mrs. Mary B. Hopson in Lauderdale, MS. She professed Christ at an early age and was baptized at the Enterprise Church of Christ where she was a servant of the Lord during her lifetime. Fond memories of Ollie live on with her husband whom she adored, and with her children. He.r husband, along with her family and friends will forever cherish and delight in her memories. Ollie is survived by the love of her life, Willie C. Tucker, with whom she would have celebrated 59 years of marital bliss on August 20, 2018; two sons, Gregory Tucker (Necomma), Meridian, MS; Frederick Tucker (Theresa), Meridian, MS; three daughters, Sheila Tucker, Meridian, MS; Shirley Tucker, Meridian, MS; and Lynet,a Lewis, Meridian, MS. She is also survived by four devoted sisters, two loving brothers, a host of precious grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a multitude of devoted family and friends whom she loved. Ollie is preceded in death by her parents Mr. Ollie Hopson and Mrs. Mary B. Hopson; her Brother, Johnny B. Parker; her daughter, Sholandia Tucker, her Son, Terrell Tucker and the Tucker Twins. Ollie's life was blessed by those she loved and they will have her love with them throughout eternity.
