A.C. Alford, Jr. (Lee) was born to the late A.C. Alford and MIidred Alford on September 24, 1957 In Meridian, Ms, He was the fourth chlld born of nine chlldren. He resided with the love of his life and longtime companion, Ada Mae Lewis for 38 years. From this relationship 3 sons were born Acaclyon Lewis, Arlyon Lewis, and Ashwuan Lewis, all of Merldf an, Ms. He attended Southeast High School. He was. a member of Tabernacle United Methodist Church. Lee enjoyed spending time with his family. A natural comedian, he had a gift for making people laugh and he maintained his humble personality until he made his transition on from this life to glory on May 1, 2014. He is preceded In death by his father, A.C. Alford; maternal grandparents, George Gordon and Marie Shack; and paternal grandparents, Turner and Gurtherlne Alford. He leaves to cherish his memories his lovlng mother, ·Mildred Alford of Meridian, MS; Three sons, Acaclyon Lewis, Arlyon Lewis, and Ashwuan Lewis-all of Meridian, MS; His lifelong companion, Ada Mae Lewis-of Meridian MS; Six brothers, Wlllle C •. Alford "Pop" (Jenny), H.B. Alford "B•Toe" (Patsy), Ace Alford ''Rusty," Chubby Alford, Harold Lee Alford "Pokey'' (Pam), Eric Alford "Ricky" (Brenda), and two sisters, Mae C. Alford "Mada" and Maurice Alford "Lynn"• all of Meridian, MS; Four grandchildren, Brozlyn Lewis and Aclyana Lewis of Meridian, MS, Brenden Lewis and Aniyah Lewis of Hattiesburg, MS. He also leaves to cherish his memories a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, sister-In-laws, other relatlves, and friends.
