Ms. Alice Hibbler's Obituary
Ms. Alice Hibbler was born on September 28, 1921 to the late Rosa Jackson and Talley Hibbler. Ms. Alice graduated.from T J Harris High School in Meridian, MS. Alice would go on to purchase a home in Meridian with her loving mother whom she would live with until Ms. Rosa passed away. Ms. Alice loved working with the youth in her church. She was loved dearly by those close to her. On November 1, 2020 she passed away peacefully at the Oaks Rehabilitation Center while under the care of Compassus Hospice. She was preceded in death by her mother, Rosa Jackson, her father, Talley Hibbler, her grandmothers and her Aunt Regina. She leaves to forever cherish her memories Mary (Charles) Bohannon and their son Robert L. Shurn whom loved her dearly; her niece: Margaret "May West" (Jimmie) and her children and grandchildren of Boston, MA; a very close friend Norma Robinson who loved to visit her, and a host of nephews, godchildren and cousins who will miss her dearly.
