A small life walked by, leaving footprints on our hearts forever. Anna Grace Cooks, daughter of Mother Annie K. Cooks and Father Devonte Heidelberg. Gracie was born at Rush Hospital in Meridian, MS on October 3rd, 2019. Our hearts still ache in sadness, and secret tears still flow; what it meant to lose you, no one will ever know. Anna leaves behind a father Devonte Heidelberg, a great-great grandmother Edna Cooks; great grandfather, Edward Wallace; grandfathers: Terry M. Heidelberg and Bruce Dumas; Grandmothers:· Vakerri (Chris) Cooks-Blakely and Jerinifer (Arnet) West; Great aunts: Ruby McDonald, Vannessa Dumas, Ruby (Paul) Jones, Mae Evans; Great Uncles: Joe Bland, Mark Dumas, Fredrick McGruder, Steve Goodwin, Kenyan Irving, and Shawn Follins; aunts: Takinya Heidelberg, Jr., Shelly Peirce, Shundra Gandy, Pamela Morris, Shedreka Bolton, Kim White, Takerri Cooks, and Aurellia West; uncles: Terry Heidelberg, Jr, Desmond Heidelberg, Kelly Heidelberg, Jevonte Heidelberg,, Terrance Robinson: Julius Dumas, Quartez Cooks, Christopher Blakely, Jr., Nicholas Evans, Thomas Hicks, Julious Heidelberg Jr. Brother: Devonte Heidelberg, Jr. Sister: Princess Heidelberg. Godparents: Nicole Floyd and Aldarius Hopson. With the unfortunate loss, she was preceeded in death and welcomed by her Grandmothers: Patrica Ann Heidelberg, and Great grandmothers Annie Mae Cooks, Faye Dumas, and Hurley Evans.
