Mrs. Annie B. Ford's Obituary
My mother, Annie B. Hill was born in Meridian, MS to the late Joe and Daisy Hill. Annie was baptized into the Catholic faith at Saint Joseph Church at a young age. Annie’s formal education was received at St. Joseph’s school.
Annie worked various jobs. Her last years of employment were in private care. She enjoyed being able to hep others. Annie was the neighborhood private taxi service. On any given day, she would make four to six trips to different stores, for her neighbors to have what they needed. Annie’s love for her family was undeniable. If she could help or support you, she would.
Annie was united in marriage to the late Mr. Clyde Ford. Annie had three siblings: Joe Hill (deceased); Lillie Jenkins of Meridian; and Mary Miller of Meridian.
Mrs. Ford leaves to cherish her loving memories: her son, Jesse Hill (Jennifer); Goddaughter, Janice Carlisle (Glen); special cousin, Virginia Hicks (Harold) all of Meridian, MS; four grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
