Mrs. Annie L. Hood's Obituary
Mrs. Annie Hood was born August 22, 1933, to the late Henrietta Crenshaw (Jack) in Greenville, AL. She departed life on Oct 19, 2019 at 8:35 PM. Her transition to be with her Lord and Savior was At Rush Hospital in Meridian, Mississippi. Preceding her in death was one brother: Jack Crenshaw. Annie accepted Christ at an early age. She was employed by the State of Illinois where she met Mr. Charlie Hood. They were Married June of 1998. After retiring from the State of Illinois, Charlie and Annie moved to Quitman Mississippi. Upon arrival they attended Family Life Church and became members on Oct 1th 2002, under the leadership of Rev. Larry Leggett. Annie's health began to deteriorate and she needed special assistance. Although as much as Charlie tried, it became obvious that it was more than he could provide, so Annie was moved to Diversicare Nursing Home in Meridian Mississippi, where she received excellent care until her Transition. Annie Leaves to Cherish her precious memories, Her Husband Charlie Hood. One Son: Larry Jones, Three grandchildren: Keonna Shantel Jones, Keonte Jhyheim Jones, and Ciara Michelle Terell Jones. Three Brothers: Howard Crenshaw, William Crenshaw Johnny Crenshaw, Three Sisters: Hettie Wise, Ego la Emla, Marie Wade, a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, other relatives and friends.
