Ms. Anniece Brown Williams' Obituary
Sophisticated, Charming, Gracious, Lovely, Humble, Humorous, Generious and Determined. A Mother, a Grandmother, A Great-Grandmother, A Great-Great Grandmother. This was Anniece B. Williams. Born to the late Scott and Mary Ellen Brown on May 1, 1922 in Meridian, Mississippi. She accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior at an early age. She remained active and loyal to the church and served in many capacities until her health failed. She was preceded in death by the late Scott & Mary Ellen Brown as well as three brothers; Leonard Brown, Melvin Brown and L. T. Brown. Two sisters; Cora Mae Brown Kelly, and Novella Brown Mitchell. Three sons; Leonard Brown, Willie Charles Brown and James R. Williams. Two daughters; Bertia Brown Luttery & Mary Williams Dixon. God called her home on Saturday, May 30, 2015. She left memories to cherish with her daughters; Bettie Williams Hosley & Annie Williams Wells both of Meridian, MS, Yolanda Williams of Dallas, TX, Sally Crooks Holst of Atlanta, GA and Saramel Crooks Evans of Ridgeland, MS. Her legacy will live through her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other relatives.
