Mr. Arthur Clifton Tims III's Obituary
Arthur Clifton "LA" Tims, III, was born September 27, 1969 in Lauderdale County, Meridian, MS to Lillie B. Tims and Arthur Clifton Tims, II. Arthur received his education in the Meridian Public School System. He worked for the City of Meridian in his early adult life, and then went to work for Mayflower Moving and Packing Company. He liked to fish and watch the WWE, Wrestling and football games. He departed this life on January 17, 2024. Arthur was preceeded in death by his father, Arthur C. Tims II; his grandparents, Odie and Lillian McCaleb and A.C. Tims and Mildred Tims; a nephew, David McCaleb; a great niece, Kaydence Laphand; Darrell Anderson; and a special cousin, Toysha. Cherishing his memory are his mother, Lillie Anderson; his two children, Quantasia Stribling and grand daughter Nola; Arthur Durr and grand son La'Marius; four brothers, Tony, Eddie, Sam, and Marcus; three sisters, Michelle, Yolanda, and Tonya; a special friend, Theresa; and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
