Ms. Barbara D. Lee was born August 15, 1970, in Meridian MS to Florida Mae Butler and the late Robert James Lee.
She attended Union Missionary Baptist Church in DeKalb, MS and attended Kemper County High School.
On Thursday, September 28, 2023, she answered her Father's call and took her rest at Ochsner Rush Medical Center in Meridian, MS.
Barbara is preceded in death by her father, Robert James Lee; one granddaughter, Kristiona Lee; and one sister, Lisa Hopson.
Barbara leaves to cherish her memories to: her loving and devoted mother; Florida Butler of Dekalb, MS; a daughter, Kristina Lee of Toomsuba MS; three sons, Delbryant (Vantazia) Lee of Meridian MS, Deonte (Ty'Karra) Dantzler of Toomsuba MS, and Seddrick Morgan of Meridian MS, six grandchildren, Zyrhianna Brunson, Corderick Burton, Zy'Darius Lee, Kaydence Coleman, Jamir Lee, Mailanis McNeil and DeKevionna Dantzler; four sisters; Ginger Terry and Catherine Holliday both of Kemper, MS; Linda Terry of Bailey, MS; and Saprina (James) Ellis of Toomsuba MS; two brothers, Arthur (Lacosha) Terry and James (Linda) Lee both of Kemper, MS; a stepmother, Annie Gowdy of Lauderdale, MS; a long time companion, Gregory Boyd; a host of loving aunts, uncles' nieces, nephews cousins and friends whom she loved dearly.
