Mrs. Barbara Hamilton Robinson's Obituary
Barbara Louise Hamilton Robinson was born to the late Charles Finley and Dorothy Hamilton Gaines on February 28, 1967 in Laurel, MS. At an early age, she accepted Christ as her personal savior.
Barbara was a member of the Community Church of God in Desota, MS.
In 1970, her mother united in holy matrimony to Mr. Larry Gaines, who together with her mother raised her into a beautiful young woman.
Barbara was educated in the Quitman Public School District. She continued her education at Meridian Community College to become a healthcare worker. Throughout life, she worked numerous jobs to support the wellbeing of not only her family but others as well. She loved her children, nieces, and nephews all with passion. The bond she and her siblings had was unbreakable. She was always doing something to help someone along the way.
Barbara departed this earthly life on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS.
Her life will forever be cherished by her children, Krerima Hamilton and Ranarius McCarty of Shubuta, MS and Eugene (Anitra) Hamilton of Madison, MS; two sisters, Sharon (Laverne) Evans and Tina Gaines of Shubuta, MS; one brother, Robert Gaines; seven grandchil dren, Kendarius, Krishtyia, Kreyjhana, Krsetyana, Keagan, Kynsley,: and Nyla; one great grandchild whom she'll never get the pleasure of
spoiling, Kehlan; one godson, Tamicus Napier and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
