Billy Ray Randle was born on August 2, 1953 to the late Rosie Bell Chaney and Melvin Hall. He was employed with the City of Meridian Public Works Department for over 44 years. Billy was preceded in death by his parents Rosie Bell Chaney and Melvin Hall and his brother, Willie Randle. Billy leaves to cherish his memories two daughters: Terri Jones of Meridian, MS and Latoya Cole of Chesapeake, VA; two sons: Danny McMillion of Meridian, MS and Cedric Cole of Virginia Beach, VA; 5 sisters: Earlean McMillian, Pearlean Randle, Bertha Randle all of Meridian, MS, and Rosie (Jimmie) Tubbs and Edna (Reginald) Randle both of Russell MS,· two brothers: William (Barbara) Randle of Russell, MS and Glenn (Janice) Randle of Meridian, MS; a wonderful aunt: Mrs. Estella Ivy; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and.friends. During the time we were blessed with him, he had a heart of gold and exemplifying a true labor of love.
