Ms. Cachita Toysha Winfield's Obituary
Cachita Toysha Winfield was born December 24, 1975 to Mr. George and Mrs. Patricia McFarland in Meridian, MS. She accepted Christ at an early age. She attended various churches, but her membership was New Prospect Baptist Church, where Rev. Jerome Robert is the Pastor. Cachita enjoyed life itself and enjoyed being a mother to her only son, Armarion L. Neely. She graduated in 1995 from Meridian High School. She worked at Subway and the Meridian Star. Cachita Toysha Winfield was called home Friday, April 2, 2021. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Odie Lee McCaleb, Lillian McCaleb, and Willie Mae McFarland; uncle and aunts: Lorraine (Rev. Chan) Hearn, Dorothy Grady; a great aunt, Annie Mae Williams; and a great uncle, Ernest McFarland (Odell Cole); and a cousin, David McCaleb.
Cachita never met a stranger, and always followed her heart until she took her last breath. She leaves to cherish loving memories, one son, Armarion L. Neely; her parents: Mr. George and Mrs. Patricia McFarland; two sisters: Tawanner McFarland and Xiazera McFarland (Jimmy); a brother, George (Sally) McFarland; a God mother, Kim Ivory; four nieces: Jen, Tae, Teshayla, and Gekhiyah; three nephews: Gary, LaJayden, JaKarrion; three step-children: Maya, Kaitlyn, Myson; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends that loved her dearly. We will forever remember Toysha as being herself no matter what. She has a big heart and a wonderful smile. she was a hard worker and will truly be missed.
