Cecelia Renee Pope was born on September 7, 1987 in Meridian, MS to Elaine Boyd Pope and Lee Pope. At a young age, Cecelia joined Pope Apostle in Shubuta, MS. She was a 2006 graduate of Meridian High School. She loved running and playing ball.
Cecelia leaves to cherish her loving memory her parents, Elaine Boyd Pope and Lee Pope; sisters: Alesha Jeffers and Tanesha Pope; her nieces: Deasia Jeffers, Janiyah Stewart, and Jamirra Stewart; nephews: Judah Pope, Keylin O’ Field and Nicholas O’ Field, Jr; and a host of other relatives and friends who will forever miss her.
She was preceded in death by: her grandfather, Lee Kenton Pope, Sr.; grandmother, Clarice Pope; uncles: Jeffery Pope and Edward Lee Pope; and her aunts: Patrice Barnes and Doris Boyd Hopson.
