Ms. Cecile Brown's Obituary
Cecile was born September 4, 1973 in Meridian, MS to the late Carolyn Ann Brown. She confessed Christ at an early age and united with Macedonia Primitive Baptist Church in Meridian, MS under the leadership of the late Elder L. V. Williams. Ms. Brown was also blessed to serve for many years under the leadership of Elder Maurice Lee. Cecile or Cile as she was lovingly called, attended Meridian Public Schools and Meridian Community College for a brief time. She had various jobs but most notable was at Rush Hospital in Meridian. Her last job was at Holiday Inn Hotel until her health started failing her. She loved working and being with people. Cile was a people person and loved working with youth. They often sought her advice which she gave eagerly. She enjoyed a loving relationship with her family and friends. Her laughter and smile will be missed by all who shared her life. She loved her children and grandchildren. Cile was preceded in death by her mother Carolyn Brown, grandrriother Laura Brown-Peden, two children, a brother and a sister. She leaves to cherish her memories two Sons, Eric Brown, and Darrell Sims Jr, three daughters Timerica Rose, Tyderrica Sims, and Derriyonna Sims, along with five grandchildren all of Meridian, MS. Dads Levon Mosley and John Davis. Four brothers, five sisters, two adopted brothers, Timothy Reed and Toby Reed. She is also survived by her special friends Stephanie Henry Grace and Oink Young, a host of Aunties, l!ncles, Cousins, and Friends who loved her dearly.
