Cortney Loshane Walker, age 25, departed this life at the University Medical Center in Jackson, MS, Tuesday, December 6, 2016. Cortney was born July 7, 1991 in Meridian, MS, Lauderdale County. Cortney joined the Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church and was loved by many. survivors include his dear mother, Gloria Walker; a devoted step father, Andrew Sharp; his beloved three brothers, Cortez Walker & Willie Hurdle (Meridian, MS), Phillip Walker (Nashville, TN); and his two precious sisters, Christi Walker and Wykeshia Hurdle IV (Meridian, MS); devoted friend- Kaheiga Thomas; a host of uncles, aunties, cousins, relatives and friends.
