Mr. Curtis Lee Grace's Obituary
Curtis Lee Grace was born on June 30, 1968 to the late Lina Nicholson Grace and Leonard Moore in Lauderdale, MS. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers Jackie and Baby Grace. Curtis attended school in Lauderdale County and graduated from Northeast High School. After high school Curtis relocated to Belleville, IL and traveled a bit. Curtis enjoyed employment in the service and industrial labor industries lastly serving as Top Shift Leader at Certain Teed Ceiling Tiles. Inc. Several years later Curtis relocated back to Lauderdale. MS where he met and soon after married his beloved wife, Kimberly Gaddis. Blessed with a bonus son, God saw fit to bless their union with 2 loving daughters. Cmiis and Kimberly spent 19 years together until he departed this earthly life on July 29, 2021, surrounded by his family and loved ones. To know Curtis was to love him. He loved to laugh, and he loved to eat. He would do anything to help you and would not hesitate to set you straight. Memories of his nonchalant and loving ways will linger and be cherished forever in the hearts of those blessed to know him. He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife Kimberly (Gaddis) Grace, his children: Kyla Grace, Kaelis Grace, and Kadavious Goddard of Meridian, MS; his granddaughter: Kinsley Ivy of Meridian, MS, four sisters: Essie (Jesse) Fotiner of Belleville, IL, Shirley (Elijah) Gibbs and Vivian (Luerenzy) Jackson both of Lauderdale, MS, and Edna "Faye" Nealy of Meridian, MS, three brothers: Archie (Cheryl) Grace and Darren Grace both of Lauderdale, MS and J.W. Grace, Jr. of Kansas City. MO, and his mother and father in law: Robert and Beverly Phillips of Meridian, MS. Curtis also leaves a host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, in laws, and lifelong friends who will miss him dearly.
