David was born to the union of Eddie and Willie Lee Rackley on January 4, 1958. He was a loving brother, uncle, and friend to many. He was married to Mary Louise Robinson Williams Rackley; whom she preceded him in death. He leaves to cherish his memories to: Glenda (Willie) Moore, Meridian, MS, Angela Rackley, Los Angeles, CA, Jessie Rackley, Rochester, NY, Edward Rackley, Las Vegas, NV and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins , and friends.
