Mrs. Dessie B. Dace-Lister's Obituary
Dessie B. Dace-Lister was the second of four children born to Veriee McDonald and Lucious (LJ) Dace on the 30th day of June 1948. She was preceded in death by her father Luscious (LJ), Sister Vera Lee and brother Charles WIiiiam. Dessie was blessed with one beautiful daughter, Vera Regina Lister. Dessie was a member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church. She was a loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a devoted caregiver to her father, aunts, and uncle. She always had a smile for you. We will not say goodbye, we will say that one day we will meet you on the other side. Give Vera, Daddy, Charles, Granny, Chris and all our family and friends a hug for us. We can see all of you saying we are happy now. No more pain. No more medicine. No more tears. God has his loving arms around you Dessie, he said welcome home. Dessie memories will be cherished by her loving and devoted family: daughter Vera Regina who cared for her and never missed a day going to see her.
