Mr. Donald Williams' Obituary
Mr. Donald Williams was born November 28, 1953 in Lauderdale County. He departed his earthly body on September 10th at 7:30 a.m. at Oaks Nursing Home in Meridian, MS. He was born to the late Mr. Clifton “Sonny” Williams and Mrs. Annie Ruth Williams of Meridian, MS. Mr. Williams joined Savannah Grove M.B. Church at an early age; Graduate of Meridian High School. Served in the U.S. Army. His special place of employment, Popeye’s Chicken in College Park, EMSH, Church’s Chicken. Mr. Williams was a great cook and was loved by many co-workers. Mr. Williams was loyal & dedicated to his work. His favorite holidays were Christmas & the 4th of July, which he loved to spend with his family.
Mr. Williams will to mourn his memories: a loving and caring mother, Mrs. Annie “Baby Ruth” Williams; (5) brothers- his twin, Ronald (Gina) Williams, Alfred “Bubba” Williams, Lance Williams, Lonnie (Tonya) Williams of Pearland, TX; Kevin (Suzanne) Williams of Nashville, TN; (3) sisters, Vanessa (Guy Wayne) Davis; Brendette Hodge; Lenora (Bennie) Oliver of Meridian, MS; (2) sons, Donald “Chi-Chi” Williams Jr of Athens, GA; Chico Armstrong of Cincinnati, OH; (2) step children, April Armstrong of Meridian, MS and Derrick (Audrey) Trotter of Atlanta, GA; special friend of Ms. Gladys Brown and a host of grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Preceding Mr. Williams in death; father, Mr. Clifton “Sonny” Williams ; numerous aunts, uncles.
