Dylan Lewis was born November 19, 2013 in Meridian, MS to Dennis and Ambrecha Lewis.
he departed this life on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his step-grandfather, Frederick Lewis and his great-grandfather, Elder George Parks.
