Mrs. Earnestine Brewster's Obituary
Earnestine Brewster was born on March 7, 1950 to the late Exie and Johnny Brewster in Meridian, Mississippi. At an early age, she accepted Christ as her personal savior and united with New Hope Baptist Church, Toomsuba, MS. Later in life, she united with Hope of Glory Family & Friends Christian Center where she served faithfully until her health declined. She was educated at Middleton Attendance Center. Earnestine loved to cook and clean. She also loved having long conversations with her many family members and friends. On Friday, November 25, 2022, Jesus whispered softly, "Well done thy good and faithful servant, come unto me." Being obedient, Earnestine Brewster took His hand She leaves to cherish many memories her daughter, Sharon Cross (Otis); son: Raymond Brewster (Teena); four brothers: John L. Brewster of Cincinnati, OH, Jimmy Brewster of Evansville, IN, Robert Brewster of Dallas, TX, and Lonnie Brewster of Meridian, MS; six sisters: Clara Collins (Earl) and Exie Cole (Johnny) both of Meridian, MS, Emma Ott of Hoover, AL, Elnora Butler of Nashville, TN, Catherine Moore of Houston, TX, and Betty Brooks of Atlanta, GA; five grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss her dearly.
