Mr. Earven Clay Mosley's Obituary
Ecclesiastes 3: 1 states that, "There is a time for everything and a season for eve activity under the heavens: a time to born and a time to die." Earven Clay Mosley was called in God's time on February 27, 2015. He was born on January 31, 1937 in Lauderdale, MS to the late Charlie Pete and Eunice Rae Mosley. He confessed Christ at an early age and united with Mt. Caramel Baptist Church in Lauderdale, MS.
He was united in holy matrimony in 1961 to Ms. Willie Mae Nolan. To this union, five children were born. Earven took great pride in loving and providing for his family. He was a dedicated employee of General Supply and Machine Company for Twenty Three Years. He retired from Meridian Public Schools as a Bus Driver in 2009. He was also a talented musician who enjoyed sharing his love of music. He was preceded in death by his son, Darrigan Mosley. He leaves behind to cherish his special memories, his loving wife, Willie Mae Mosley and four loving children: daughter Tamar Mosley, son Marlon Mosley, daughter Dimetri Brown, all of Meridian, MS; daughter Tashma Mosley, Orlando, FL; mother-in-law, Lucille Nolan Robinson, Jackson, MS; brother-in-laws, Floyd Nolan, Detroit, MI, Eddie Robinson, Merle Robinson, Larry Polk, all of Jackson, I\1S, Bill Polk, Canton, MS, Gene Polk (Kay Marie) Baton Rouge, LA. One sister-in-law, Patricia Thompsqn (George) Jackson, MS; son-in-law Chris Brown, Meridian, MS; two daughters-in-law; LaDonna Mosley Meridian, MS, and Katie Mosley, Orlando, FL., along with a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
