Mrs. Florence Denotra Ellis Butler was born on September 22, 1911 to Ada and Edd Ellis of Meehan, Mississippi. She was married to the late Clark "Jimmy" Butler. She leaves behind one loving son who will always keep her in his heart, James ''Sonny" Rutler and his life partner, Gloria Amos. Two grandsons, three granddaughters, one special granddaughter, Marie ''Granny’s Gal" Vann, six great grand children, one grandson that she will see in Heaven, a loving sister-in-law, Mrs. Florence Cole of Hickory, MS. Many nieces, nephews and other life-long friends will cherish the memories they shared together.
