Flossie Lee Boose was born on November 5, 1927 in Hickory, Mississippi to the late Joe and Effie Boose. She was the seventh child of eight siblings. She confessed her life to Christ at an early age. She was a life long member of Savannah Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Meridian, MS. She dedicated her life to her family raising a host of nieces and nephews. Flossie Boose was called to her Heavenly home on September 29, 2017 in Meridian, MS. She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Boose, her mother, Effie Boose, two sisters, Eliza Staton, Ruby Coleman; three brothers, James Boose, Grant Boose and Clarence Boose. A nephew, Willie Boose and a great nephew, Jacoby Davis. She leaves to cherish in her memories: a devoted brother, Willie Boose and loving sister Denotre White both of Chicago, IL; very devoted nephews, Carl Staton of Meridian, MS, Charles (Gwen) Staton of Poniac, ML-devoted nieces, Effie Staton of Pontiac, MI, Joann (Willie) Davis of Meridian, MS and Carmen Boose of Meridian, MS; a loving great niece, Tasha (Tommy) Turner of Meridian, MS; a very devoted great nephew, Willie J (Sharda) Davis of Meridian, MS; and a host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
