Where do you begin to say goodbye and I’ll see you again to a true Lady that was a friend coworker and advocate for all!! This Lady loved big! She was the BEST Social Workers ever! If you asked her how could we help a patient she never missed a beat she would say what do they need and when. She could find and provide what was needed. Ms Frances was a one of a kind. A Christian that I’m sure was greet with “well done my good and faithful servant”! To her family I want them to know she loved them all You could just see her eyes sparkle when she talked about them. I will miss my friend. The City of Meridian has lost an Angel!! Fly high Ms Frances you will be missed!!
