Mr. Frankie E. Kennedy's Obituary
Mr. Frankie Elmer Kennedy was born on January 14, 1934 to the late Mr. Albert Kennedy and Rosie Lee Dunnigan Kennedy. He was the 4th of seven children. Frankie Kennedy confessed Christ at an early age and was a member of Little Hope Baptist Church in Toomsuba, MS . His life can be summed up in these words: "He was friendly, loved life and a person who always put others before himself." Frankie attended Stevenson Vocational High School in Toomsuba, MS. He loved his music. He loved cars and was an automotive mechanic for years. Frankie hated to see a person with an unclean vehicle. He kept his vehicle cleaned inside and out. Frankie departed this life on Friday, May 5, 2017, and will be remembered for his fun, loving spirit. He was always willing to help. Frankie's memories will be forever cherished by family and friends. In 1956, he wedded Betra Faye McCelland. This union was blessed with three children. He leaves to cherish his memory: Elmer Ray (Cynthia) of Meridian MS, Barbara Ann and Jacqueline Kennedy of Hartford, CT; grandchildren: Amicka, Boyce, Fritz Jr., and Chantal; great-grandchildren: Destiny and Fritz II, Hartford, C:. Siblings: Bennie Lee Granger -preceded in death, Mary Ella Jenkins of Meridian, MS; Rosetta Wallace of Toomsuba, MS; Bernice Kennedy of Hartford, CT; Albert Kennedy Jr. of North Fork , VA; and James (Hazel) of Toomsuba, MS and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
