In keeping with the wishes of Mr. Franklin Baskin and his family, there will be no services. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Berry and Gardner Funeral Home. Mr. Baskin, 86, of Collinsville, died Sunday, January 28, 2024 at Bedford Care Center of Marion.
