Mr. Fred Douglass Moore's Obituary
Fred was born June 18, 1943 in Meridian, MS to Charlie and Lallie Moore who preceded him in death. He accepted Christ at an early age at St. Mark United Methodist Church, Daleville, MS. He attended Daleville School, in Daleville, Mississippi. Later he moved to Chicago, Illinois where he was employed at Acme, Die Casting. Fred married Catherine Cole and years after their marriage, he married O.D. Williams of Chicago, IL. Fred was a cheerful person; always smiling. He had a great love for his family and friends. Fred leaves to cherish his memories sisters; Ella Houston and Jeanette Moore of Meridian, MS. He also !eaves his brothers, Eugene (latter), A.R. (Labelle) Moore of Meridian, MS., and Leon (Margie) Moore of Dekalb, MS. He also survived by seven (7) devoted step children of Chicago, Illinois and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends as well as a very special friend, Earnestine Nicks of Meridian, MS. Fred is also survived by his brother and sister at heart; Harvey Reed and Joyce Harris of Chicago, Illinois. And his sisters in law: Odell Cole of Meridian, MS and Myrl Moore of Dekalb, MS.
