During times like these the question is often asked 'for whom the bell tolls?" Today the bell tolls for Geneva Page. Geneva was born October 27, 1940 in Crosby, Mississippi to the late John Ville and Dora Page of Seminary, Mississippi. She departed this life July 16, 2018 at her residence in Meridian, Mississippi. Geneva, was the mother of nine (9) children and she was preceded in death by two of her children, Rosemary Hooker and Jimmie L. Hooker. Geneva leaves to cherish her memories two (2) sons Larry (J'oya) Hooker of Meridian, Mississippi and Thaddis (Shameika) King of Biloxi, Mississippi, five (5) daughters Darlene Smooth of Meridian, Mississippi, Shirley Hooker of Bridgeport, Connecticut, Patricia Hooker of Meridian, Mississippi, Bridgette Hooker of Dallas, Texas., and Norvalatta (James) Johnson of Meridian, Mississippi. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and host of other relatives and friends.
