Mr. George Wilson's Obituary
George Anthony Wilson was born on May sth, 1954 in Meridian, MS to Tom and Jane Wilson. He was the fifth of nine children. Mr. Wilson confessed his life to Christ at an early age at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Meridian, MS. He remained a faithful church member until his health failed. George was employed at Soule Steam Feed Works in Meridian, MS until they closed for business. In 2006 he was employed with MS Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks and remained a loyal employee until his health failed and retired. Mr. Wilson departed this life on Friday, October 4, 2019 at Diversicare Nursing Home in Meridian, MS. He leaves to cherish his memories two sisters Anita Wilson of Meridian, MS and Elaine (Allen) Nobles of Charlotte, NC; four brothers Glen (Robbie) Wilson Sr. of Philadelphia, MS, Linnon (Renee) Wilson of Flint, MI, Earl (Betty) Wilson of Meridian, MS and Michael Wilson of Jacksonville, AR; A special family, two step-daughters Lia and Kia Breaizel; a step-son Albert (Carven) Breaizel; 2 step-granddaughters JaLea and Carmen Breaizel; a step-grandson Kimonte' Watson and a mother-in-law Betty Holman all of Meridian, MS. George had a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews that were all his children. He was proceeded in death by his parents Tom and Jane Wilson, as well as two brothers, Alvin Dale and Harold Wilson.
