Mr. Glynn D. Wallace's Obituary
Glynn Douglas Wallace was called from earth to glory on July 10, 2022. He was born on April 3, 1956 in Lauderdale County, MS to Rosetta Kennedy Wallace and the late Mr. Eddie lee Wallace. Glynn was the eldest of seven children. Even though a failing heart took him away from this world, Glynn had a heart of gold. He never met a stranger nor would he hesitate to help if one was in need. That was how he rolled. Glynn's favorite saying was, "do you feel me now baby doll? A kid at heart, his nieces and nephews adored him using these terms of endearment: "Uncle Joe", "Bubba", "Bubba Wubba" and "Uncle Glynn". His hobbies included collecting coins and restoring old cars. During Thanksgiving meals the cornbread dressing was the most sought after. Tilling the ground was another thing that he loved. Watching how God made the plants grow and seeing the rewards for his labor, Glynn showed how thankfitl he was by sharing quiet moments with friends and family, listening to his favorite music, especially spirituals.
