Gregory Allen Watkins, Jr. was born on January 8, 1982 Meridian, Mississippi to Dr. and Mrs. Gregory Watkins, Sr. He received Christ at an early age and united with the St. John Primitive Baptist Church of DeKalb, Mississippi. He graduated from Meridian High School in the year 2000 and graduated from Meridian Community College in 2010 receiving an Associate Degree in Broadcasting and Computer Technology. Greg (L.G.) worked in various capacities. With Wal-Mart and Olive Gardens for numerous years. Greg, Jr. was quiet and mildmannered but very likeable. In addition he was a music connoisseur. Greg, Jr. produced an internet radio station called GWP JAMS.com. As you can see L.G. was technologically savvy. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving Father and Mother: Dr. Greg Watkins, Sr. and Shirley Watkins , three brothers, Carlos, Zenman, and Courtney, three sisters, Quina, Kimberly, and Carmen. Two Uncles, Fredrick Watkins and Milton McQuarley. Six Aunts, Mary McQuarley, (Milton) Francis Hardy, Emma Bailey, Ollie Alexander, Dorothy Watkins, and Margie Williams and numerous nieces and nephews and friends who will miss him dearly.
