Mrs. Helen G. Lewis' Obituary
Helen Lewis was bom on March 19, 1932 in Bonita, MS to the late Marion and Ada Lewis. She was united as one with John T. Lewis, Sr. for over 50 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, her son, John T. Lewis, Jr., her daughter, Gloria Lewis Butler, one great-grandson, Jadarrious Lewis, several sisters and brothers. Helen departed this life on March 19, 2022 at Bedford Care Center in Marion, MS. Ms. Lewis confessed her life to Christ at an early age at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church. Ms. Lewis also attended many churches until her health failed. She was a homemaker and she found great joy in cooking. She was a very beautiful person who loved fashion. Helen loved all of her family and friends. She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Ada Lewis, and one sister, Rhodie Moss all of Meridian, MS; seven grandchildren, one of whom she was very close with, Shaquille Buder, numerous greatgrandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
