Henrietta was born October 27,1952 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late MS. Selena Simpson. She departed this life on May 23rd, 2017 at Anderson Hospital Meridian, MS She was preceded in death by her Husband Wilburt Blaylock, Mother Selena Simpson, Sister Jessie Mae, Brothers: Marshall and John Henry, Niece FeliciaHill. During her short stay here, Henrietta attended The Tuskegee High School, where she was a part of the Class of 1972. She was a free spirit, and a very independent person who loved: family, singing, dancing, going to parties with friends,going to church, and helping other people especially the elderly. She joined the St. Peter AME Zion Church where she remained a member until her homegoing. She worked as a healthcare provider for almost 30 years. In her younger years she lived in Atlanta, GA and was employed as a Nanny later in her adult life she was employed at Rush Hospital for 17 years. Henrietta met and married the man of her dreams, the love of her life Mr.Wilburt Blaylock who preceded her in death; they were happily married until his homegoing. To this union 2 children were born. She leaves to cherish her memories: 2 daughters, Latoyia Blaylock-Moffett, and Natasha Gray (Justin) 2 brothers: John Henry Grace (Annie), Marshall McIntyre (Jeanie Earl), Sister Jessie Mae Smith, Meridian, MS Nieces: Jessica Hill, Gary Cole, Jarica Hudson,Jalena, · Alice, Zykeria, Nephews: Eric Grace, John Grace Long Beach, CA, Emmanuel Hill (Beverly )Grand Kids: Sean Taylor, Nathan Gray and a host of other realitives and friends.
