Mr. Herman D. Bell's Obituary
Herman D. Bell was born to the late O.D. Bell and the late Cornelius Fox Hudson on October 7, 1934.
He joined the Brown Ridge Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. Herman was educated in the Kemper County Mississippi School System. During his career, he worked at Slay Steel Company. His passion was softball, which he coached for many years .
Bell departed this life on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at Anderson Medical Center. He was preceded in death by two sisters; Ernestine (Lucy) Bell and Dorothy Mae Hudson Hadnall; one brother, Jerry Hudson; and one daughter, Lorene Bell .

(Deatruss) of Greenville, MS, and Sylvester Brown of Detroit, MI; five daughters; Vivian Bell and Lizzy Bell of Chicago, IL, Carolyn Bell of Meridian, MS, Sandra Brown of ,Detroit, MI, and Janice Jones of Mobile, AL; four sisters, Bonnie Jean Cole of Bay Springs, MS, Doris Benn of Meridian, MS, Mary Bell and Delois Bell of Miami, FL; five brothers, Fraizer Bell and John Bell of Miami, FL, Willie Charle Hudson (Glenda) of Kemper County, MS, Sam (Magnolia) Hudson of Meridian, MS, and W. C. Hudson of Philadelphia, MS. He will also be missed by his seventeen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and two great-great-granddilldren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
