Mr. Herman Burnett's Obituary
Herman Burnett was born on June 6, 1946. He was the only child born to A.D. and Edna Burnett. Herman was education in the Picayune Mississippi School District. He graduated from George Washington High School in 1964. Upon completion of High School, he listed.in The United States Army and after serving his country, he received an Honorable Discharged. Herman furthered his education by attending Jackson State University. He was employed by the Kansas City Railroad. After being transferred to Meridian, MS, soon after her met and fell in love with Barbara J. Edwards. They were united in holy matrimony on November 30, 1985. After Thirty Plus years of employment with Kansas City Railroad, he retired. He enjoyed spending his retirement with his family traveling and just enjoying life. Herman was preceded in death by his parents, A.D. and Edna C. Burnett. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Barbara. J. Burnett (Meridian, MS}, his children, Sherell Edwards (Meridian, MS), Romero Edwards (Sam), (San Antonio, TX), his grandchildren, Deion Edwards, Skylar Pollard, Jayden Edwards and Landon Edwards. He also leaves several special cousins.
