Mr. Jackie Bailey was born November 22, 1953 to Alice and Blanks Bailey. He departed this earthly life January 24, 2020 at Yazoo Rehabilitation Center, Jackson, MS. He was preceded in death by his father Blanks Bailey. He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Mrs. Alice S. Bailey, one sort, one daughter, three brothers: Stan (Rosie) McLaughlin, James Bailey, and Billy Bailey all of Meridian, MS; two sisters: Kay McLaughlin of Detroit, MI and Maxine (Dennis) Mosley of Meridian, MS and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
