Mr. James Crowther was born to Bertha & Monroe Crowther on October 23, '11950; he was reared up in Meridian, MS. He was educated in Lauderdale/Meridian Public School; he attended Canrerr, Harrris High, Middleton School and Meridian Jr. College. He confess Christ at an early age at East Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church. He has worked on several jobs; He served in the U.S. Army for 3 years, he joined the Meridian Police Department and retired from Lockheed Martin in 2014. Those who preceded him in death; his parents, Bertha & Monroe Crowther, sisters:Mollie Bridges, Panzie Lawrence and Earnestine Beck; brothers:Rudolph Mosley, Fred Crowther and Lawrence Crowther. Those who will cherish his memories: a wife Creasie Crowther, fourr sons: Richard (Cathy) Moore, James Moore, Shawn (laTisha) Houston, Ellis Crowther, and Antonio (Santeria) Houston; One sister, Alma Jean Hubbard; Three brothers; Albert (Lucinda) Crowther, Charles (Paris) Crowther, Harton (Civie)Crowther. Nine grandchildren, Three Sisters-in-law; Doris Adams, Belinda (Hubert -Big Man) Edwards and Gloria McMillian; A host of relatives and friends; A Man's Best Friend whom he loves dearly: Sarge, Bo, and Shep
