Mr. James Sparrow's Obituary
James “Peter” Sparrow was born on April 18, 1944 in Meridian, MS. He was the son of he late Eddie Sparrow and Catherine Tubbs Mukes. He accepted Christ at an early age at Tabernacle United Methodist Church of Meridian, MS.
he united in holy matrimony to Joann Sparrow on August 16, 1966. She preceded him in death on March 2, 2003.
He was preceded in death by his sisters: Jeanette Howell, Eddie Mae Bell, and Diane Tramel. He leaves to cherish in his memories: his sons: Timothy Johnson (Shannon) of Riverview, Florida and Donnie Sparrow of Meridian, MS; special friend: Diane Young of Meridian, MS; two brothers: Marvin Mukes (Barbara) of Newport, KY; and Christopher Mukes of Cincinnati, OH; one sister: Cathy Mukes of Cincinnati, OH; granddaughters: Jasmine Johnson, Brittnye Johnson, Cherrell Johnson, Mariah Sparrow, and Amya Sparrow; grandsons: Timothy Johnson Jr; Denario Johnson, Israel Johnsons and Oneiferus “LaShun” Sparrow.
He also leaves to mourn seven great grandkids and a host of sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
