Mr. James Watts' Obituary
James Watts was born to Theresa Watts and Johnny Rino, Jr. on July 3, 1983 in New Orleans, LA.
He attended Edna Carr Jr. High and Walker High Schools in New Orleans, LA, and was a graduate of Quitman High School Class of 2000.
He obtained employment with Burlington Plants in Stonewall, MS and Odom Industries in Pachuta, MS.
James loved grilling, fishing, spending time with family and watching the New Orleans Saints football team. He adopted several monikers in his adult life, such as, "] Dub" and "Lil James", but he was most affectionately known to his family as "Doo".
On Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at Ochsner Watkins Hospital in Quitman, MS,
James departed this earthly life and took his rest.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Theresa Watts, his grandfather, Woodrow Watts, Sr., and two uncles, Perry Watts and Steve Watts.
He is survived by his father, Johnny Rino, Jr.; two brothers, George Watts and Bryant Watts and his grandmother, Trudy Watts, all of New Orleans, LA; a devoted companion, Olivia Walker of Pachuta, MS; two uncles, Jerry Watts and Woodrow (Sadsha) Watts, Jr., and one aunt, Juanita (Bryan) Willis, all of New Orleans, LA, two great aunts, Ruby Mae Bolden and Ethel Williams, both of Pachuta, MS, and three great uncles, Robert Anderson, Jr. of Pachuta, MS, Michael Matthews of Shubuta, MS and Willie Matthews of Laurel, MS; a very close friend, Greg Jefferson, and hosts of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
