Mr. Jared Dancy's Obituary
Jared Storm Dancy was born on June 6, 1990 in Meridian, MS to the proud parents of George and Gloria Dancy. He was the youngest of five (5) children born to this union. Jared was educated through the Meridian Public School District and graduated with the Class of 2009 at Meridian High School. He furthered his education to Meridian Community College, where he majored in Emergency Medical Technician program. He also used to work for Apple Computers in the Tech Support department until his health restricted him from working. Jared was a one of a kind person. Everywhere he went, every person he was around, he would brighten up the room or someone's day with the most beautiful and contagious smile he could possibly have. His personality was one to make you feel like whatever was going on that day, it doesn't matter anymore. He loved to make and listen to music, traveling, playing video games, telling jokes and just enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially his children. He enjoyed life and lived his life to the fullest. God dispatched his Angels to Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, MS to tell Jared that he has kept the faith and finished his course, and now it's time to come home. Jared accepted the call to move to his Heavenly home on Friday, January 28, 2022. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Henry Dancy and Emma Ramsey Dancy; maternal grandparents, C.T. Lewis and Addie Watkins Lewis. Jared leaves to honor his legacy and cherish his memories: his children: T'Ondrea, Tayah, Tamera, and Teanah; his parents, George and Gloria Dancy of Meridian, MS; his siblings: Damien Dancy, Shamekkau Dancy, George "Alex" Dancy, II all of Meridian, MS, and Sakarra Dancy of New Orleans, LA; his best friends: Tom Williams and Jamie McElroy; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
