Family and friends celebrate the life of Mr. Jessie Lee Tooles Sr. He was born July 15, 1936 in Meridian, Mississippi to the Lester and Cora Ruttley. He found Christ at an early age. He was the oldest out of eight sister and four brothers. Jessie was a strong, loving and caring man, he touched many hearts and put smiles on many faces, he loved doing all kinds of outside work fixing on cars, building and hunting. You name it he did it. To him everyone was family. Jessie had a loving caring wife Maudine Tooles (Bigma) and one daughter Louise Granger (Danny Granger), three sisters and 2 brothers that preceded him in death as well, A/lice Ware, Grace Shelffield, Sherly Ruttley, Lester Ruttley (JunBugg), James Ruttley and one(great grandson) Zeontre Simpson. He leaves to cherish his memory and to continue his loving legacy, three children, Linda Tooles, Jessie Tooles Jr., Johnny Tooles, two step-children,Mae McGlothin (Jimmy McGlothin) and Shelton Harbin. Six siblings, Bennie Ruttley, Clara (Sanders)Ruffin, Catherine Ruttley, Eva Ruttley; and a host of grandchildren, many loving great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and so many dear friends.
