Mr. Johnny Ray Mason's Obituary
Johnny Ray Mason, affectionately known as "John" was born on February 15, 1961 to the late Mr. Ray and Addie McGill Mason in Gilbertown, AL.
John enjoyed making memories with his family, he was also a loving grandfather. His passion was logging and he was known to be one of the best skidder drivers around. His love for the logging industry took him all across the United States and Mexico.
John leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 24 years Regina Mason. Five children Johnny (Demetra) Williamson and Dexter (Arielle) Williamson of Gilbertown, AL; Dasia Mason, Tashia
Mason, and Jaheim Mason all of Shubuta, MS.
Ten grandchildren: Kyla Williamson, Payton Williamson, Hayden Williamson, Sa'Nyah Williamson, Hartley Williamson, Kayson Anderson, Harper Williamson, Haisten Williamson, Keon mason, and Kambree Mason.
Five sisters: Julia Young of Melvin, AL; Dorothy (Mathew) Lilly, Altheriah Mason, Percorial (Sidney) Lilly all of Alliance, OH; and Janice (Robert) Hightower of Langdale, MS. Two brothers: Obie Mason of Shubuta, MS; Jessie (Mary) Howard of Gilbertown, AL . A loving mother and father in law Clayton (Dorothy) Nicholson, Sr.; Two sister in laws Nikki (James) Pascley of Gautier, MS and Miranda (Terrance) McCarty of Toxey, AL. Two brother in laws Darren Kirksey (TherWanda) and Clayton Nicholson, Jr of Toxey, AL. Two devoted nephews Eddie Young of Gilbertown, AL and
Ja Terrius McCarty of Toxey, AL.
As well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
