Mrs. Juanita Dawson's Obituary
God plucked from His garden another beautiful flower " and called our dear mother home. She was born October 8, 1939 in Meridian, Mississippi to the late Mr. King and Mrs. Martha Jones. At an early age, Juanita accepted Christ as her savior. She was a long standing and faithful member of Greater Outreach until her death. She was employed at the sock factory and later with God's Little Creations because of her love for children. She was united in holy matrimony to James Dawson. To her family she will be remembered for her dedication to her children, grandchildren and great grand-children. Her memories will forever be cherised by her husband, James Dawson; her children: Bobby Jones (Bernice) of West Memphis; Linda Griffin of Meridian; Joann Griggs of Meridian; Donald Wayne Griggs (Delores), Hoover, Alabama; Patsy Ann Griggs of Meridian; Nathan L. Griggs (Tracy) of Meridian; Jessie Griggs of Meridian; Tracy Hudson of Meridian; three sisters: Amelia C. Stewart, Doretha Patterson, Martha Jean Beard, and host of nieces, nephews, relatives, extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her sister Clara Bell Myers and Inell Cotton.
