Ms. Katrina Bell's Obituary
Katrina Michele Bell peacefully transitioned into eternal rest in paradise with the Heavenly, Father on Monday, August 23, 2021. A native of Meridian, Mississippi, she was born on November 4, 1971 to Elizabeth Bell and Johnny Ray Fox, At an early age, she joined Fifth Street Baptist Church. Katrina was educated in the Meridian Public School District. She had a passion for hair which lead her to enroll in the Meridian Community College Cosmetology Program where she earned her cosmetology license. Katrina loved her family, especially her grandchildren who were the apples of her eyes. She was so proud of them. She dedicated her life to being the best grandparent she could be. She prayed for them day and night, always asking the Lord to cover them in his blood. Katrina's magnetic smile and warm spirit drew anyone to her. She had the unique personality to make everyone feel loved, special and important. She enjoyed listening to music and making people look beautiful by giving the best service she could give in her profession. , Katrina lived a life full of love and joy that she shared with the world. She was truly the sweetest and most generous person you had the pleasure to come in contact with. Katrina leaves many to cherish her beautiful memories: daughter: Nefertaria Q. Bell; son: Pierre Bell; mother: Elizabeth Bell; father: Johnny Ray Fox (Renata); grandchildren: Sanmetrice Bell, Niembra Bell, Anya Bell, and Kamondra Bell; sister: Latoya L. Bell; brother: Errick R. Bell,· step-sisters: Michelle Fox, and Jessica Fox; favorite nephew: Quantavion Bell who she , loved dearly; close cousin: Marcus Jackson; close friends: La' Sedra Parks, Sonja Parks, Cassie Parnell and Antorion Hailes; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Lela Bell and Richard Bell, Sr.
