Brother Kendrick D. Martin Jr. was born on February 14, 2001 at Anderson Regional Medical Center, Meridian, MS to Kathy Johnson and Kendrick Martin.
God called his beloved son home to rest on June 5, 2023 at Oschner Rush Health in Meridian, MS. He was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Cecile Edwards; aunt, Marie Franklin; cousin, Isaiah Martin; cousin, Will Darius and a host of other relatives.
As a young child, Kendrick was very athletic and participated in sports such as baseball and football. He attended Meridian High School. He was a previous employee at BWI in Marion, MS. He was a compassionate young man that loved his family. He always made others smile and did not mind lending a helping hand. Kendrick will be truly missed by everyone who loved him.
Kendrick leaves to cherish his loving memories: mother, Kathy Johnson; father, Kendrick Martin; siblings: Brittney Chess (Marcus), Leslie Williams (Andrea), Porsche Williams (JaBrandon), Kimora Hughes, Katelynn Martin, and Jordan Grace; grandparents: Georgia Phillips, Debra Martin and Joseph Martin Jr.; aunts and uncles: Evelyn Boyd, Selitha Saucier (Nick), Jolesha Martin, Ricky Ivy, David Ivy, and Terry Phillips; nieces and nephews: J’Vion Williams, Jakayla Williams, Jhamir Chess, Aziya Williams, Landon Cole, Baleigh Chess, Ashton Williams, Paydon Cole, Aiden Williams, Jaxdon Cole, Kendall Williams and a host of cousins and friends.
