Mr. Kenneth Bourrage's Obituary
Kenneth Bourrage was born August 20, 1956 in Kemper County, Mississippi to the late Hervy and Myrtle Bourrage. Kenneth attended Milton School where he was an outstanding athlete. In his young adult years he had a passion for racing cars and motorcycles. He was employed at Anderson Regional Medical Center for over 40 years, where he retired as a Environmental Service Technician. He was a workaholic performing numerous other tasks in his workplace. In 2006, he decided to start his own business, Bourrage Carpet Cleaning & Janitorial Services. In 2019, Kenneth became an ordained deacon at Simmons Ridge Baptist Church of Kemper County. Boogaman as he was affectionately known was the strong front of the family and was well known all around. He will truly be missed by those who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and one brother. Kenneth is survived by his children, Marlon Dungy, Ashley Gordon-Coleman (Alan), Amber Gordon and Keondre Davis; three sisters: Joanne Bailey, Lillie Nelson and Mary Irby; two brothers: Henry Burrage and Arme Burrage; four grandchildren: A'Nyia Hairston, Alexandria Dungy, Tyler Roberts and Taylor Roberts; a long time special friend Johnnie Gordon and a host of family and friends.
