Mr. Lester Ivy, Jr.'s Obituary
Mr. Lester Ivy, Jr known as Hulk as born on October 24, 1961 to the late Minnie & Lester Ivy, Sr. He was granted his wings on Friday, December 3, 2021. Hulk’s final days were spent surrounded by family & friends that he touched in many ways throughout his life.
However, Lester’s life may seem short to many, but for those that were touched by him, they understand that the quality of existence fat exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. Hulk gave us all courage, hope and reminded us of the preciousness of life.
Lester received his education though the Lauderdale County School District. He worked in forestry and was a very hardworking man. Hulk worked many years for Martin Logging. In his leisure time, his passion was hunting, fishing, and being with his family.
Lester was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Joseph; brother-in-law, Michael Thompson; and a special friend, Geraldine Leggette.
He leaves to cherish his memories: four daughters: Sophia Jennings, Ty’Teshia (Edward) Stephens, Ty’Meshia (Marques) Warren and Kwante Pearson; six grandkids: Kevin, Timothy, Aubrey, Um’unique, Me’Iyah and C’quan; three sisters: Georgia Thompson, Dorothy (Christopher) Hull and Terri Ivy; one brother, Jerry (May) Ivy; four stepdaughters: Miranda, Maryah and Sabrina Pearson; Tridonius Leggette; one stepson, Jahiem Pearson; eleven step grandkids: Jahz’Mir, Victory, Ke’Andre, Maryah, KeMarion, Jah’Dailyn, Ty’Darius, Ahmiah, Javontae, Jamari’s & Alaylzia; and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
